TIME TO PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
All products are handcrafted, one by one, and require a preparation time. In general terms, it takes from 2 to 5 working days after validating the payment in the website.
If you need your order to be handled urgently, please let us know by sending an e-mail to hola@tallersilvestre.com. We will do our best to send it to you as urgent as possible.
SHIPMENTS
MAINLAND & BALEARIC ISLANDS
We work with MRW 19 hours, which has a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours depending on the destination. Deliveries are carried out during working days.
If the delivery is not carried out in an optimal way, we are very grateful to know it as soon as possible. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely when you need it.
CANARY ISLANDS

PACKAGING
Nature is our inspiration and main source of materials. In the same way that we care for the sustainability of our products, we also care about the impact of our logistics.
We ship the order wrapped in organic cotton bags and/or recycled cartons. Sometimes we reuse the packages of our suppliers. This is one of our priorities: minimize all the packaging we use. Whenever possible, we avoid the use of plastic to protect the product, and wrap it in recycled paper.
We are very grateful to receive your suggestions to reduce the impact of logistics & packaging.
RETURNS
We believe that you will be happy with your product but there may be occasions where you might feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your legal rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
If the client decides to return the product, it has to be done within the next 14 natural days after reception of the product. This does NOT apply to any customized or made-to-measure products.
UNWANTED PRODUCTS
The client can cancel an order without any charge or reason if the order has not been sent out yet, by sending an e-mail to hola@tallersilvestre.com
If the product has been already sent out, cancelation it is not possible. However, the client could return the order according to the following return conditions:
If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or simply change your mind, by law consumers are entitled to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within 14 days from the day after the day the item has been received. This is not valid for customized (made-to-order) products.
You need to write us, by mail / letter / telephone, a clear statement of your will to return the goods to hola@tallersilvestre.com or to Taller Silvestre c/ La Rábida 17, esc.dcha. 1º A / ES – 28039 MADRID
You need to return the goods to Taller Silvestre to the above mentioned address within 14 natural days from the day after the day you communicated us the decision to return the goods.
The client will pay the return cost of the parcel to our workshop.
It should be returned in the same conditions with the original packaging. The product should be in perfect conditions and not used.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item arrives damaged or with defects, please communicate it to us in the next 24 hours to the reception of the product and we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights, if you notify us that you are rejecting the product within 14 days of receipt. You must then return the product to us (unless agreed otherwise).
In these circumstances we will also pay you the reasonable cost of the return postage and will organize the picking up of the product and will send a proper product to replace it.
If the client does not want a replacement, we will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order once we have confirmed to you that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product.
CHANGES
If you want to change product (not valid for made-to-order or customized items), you should contact us in the next 14 days after the reception of the product.
In this case, shipment costs will be paid by the client.
