And of the othe part, the CLIENT, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and at least 18 years old. All the data filled in this website have been introduced by the client, so is fully responsible of their authencity
Purpose of the Contract
By accepting these conditions of sales, Taller Silvestre makes the products purchased on this website available to the cliente, and the client is committed to the payment of the listed price.
Time to prepare your package
All products are handcrafted, one by one, and require a preparation time. In general terms, it takes from 2 to 5 working days after validating the payment in the website.
If you need your order to be handled urgently, please let us know by sending an e-mail to hola@tallersilvestre.com. We will do our best to send it to you as urgent as possible.
Products
All the information about the products offered by Taller Silvestre ( prices, description, sizes, content, features, etc) is available in this website. We try to offer best descriptions possible. Please take into account that all our products are handcarfated and maybe the sizes and the colours displayed in your device screen, could show slight variations to the originals.
Taller Silvestre is not responsible for any photograph or text mistake.
Prices
Prices are listed in EUROS. IVA is included and will be shown separately in the invoice.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
Purchase process
There is no need to open an account to purchase our products. Nevertheless, if the client is interested, can open an account and proceed to buy. The client is fully responsible for the authenticity of the data filled in the forms.
We are very grateful that the client can check that all the filled data are correct (mainly e-mail address and delivery address ). The client can always modify/update his/her data by accessing his/her account profile in our website.
Once the account is created we will send a confirmation e-mail in the next 24 hours, in order to validate all the data. If the client does not receive it in this period, could be due to a system technical failure, or a misspelling in the e-mail address. In both cases, please contact hola@tallersilvestre.com
If the client would enter any fake o incomplete data, or if this website would suspect about the authenticity of the data, could deny the present or future access to the website.

Payment security is a priority for us. We accept payments via PAYPAL STRIPE and APPLE PAY platforms. When you see the logos of these companies, the client should know that the operation is 100% protected. If this website has any doubt about any problem or fraud that may arise, it reserves the right to cancel the transaction due to security reasons.

PayPal codifies all the confidential data with the best technologies available in the market, This website is not responsible for the amounts that PAYPAL may charge due to commissions.
3. APPLE PAY
If the client prefers to pay with her/his own APPLE PAY account, needs to know that Apple Pay allows direct payment without communicating finance data in internet. We work with MRW 19 hours, but it is possible to have a margin of 24-48 hours to receive the parcel, since we deliver it to the courier. Deliveries are carried out during working days.
If the delivery is not carried out in an optimal way, we are very grateful to know it as soon as possible. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely when you need it.
